Returns & Exchanges

At Gym Plus, we want to ensure you have the best gear for your training; if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Gym Plus account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique RMA number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place your items in the original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the parcel to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5 to 7 business days.
